Job Description
The role will be responsible for ensuring customer acquisition, retention and productivity within Fine Dining Restaurants, Premium Food Chain and Café/Bars and hotels; and providing best in class service (before and after) within high-end HORECA prospects and customers to become a category leader. Details of job scope are as follow.
What will you deliver
- Leverage current market knowledge & network to accelerate Nespresso’s presence in high-end HORECA channel
- Ensure high visibility within the Horeca Channel via customer acquisition and machine placements in the predefined target group
- Execute the strategy for the HORECA channel to achieve business targets and objectives defined in the Operational Plan
- Work closely with international/regional Nespresso Channel Networks
- Highlight special recipe infusing Nespresso coffee to increase consumption
What will make you successful
- Degree holder in Sales & Marketing, Economics, Hospitality or other related disciplines
- Minimum 3 years' experience within Commercial area for at least 3 years; F&B or HORECA channel would be an advantage
- Good negotiation and influencing skills
- Excellent in both spoken and written Chinese and English
- Good Knowledge of MS Office
