Our clients are some top tiers well known international bank ; they are looking for Teller/Senior Counter service officer  

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to walk-in clients in branch
• Handling general account withdrawals, transfers, and to answer customer inquiries
• Maintaining long-term relationship with our core segment customers.

Requirements:

• HKCEE/HKDSE or above
• Strong desire to develop career in banking industry   
• Strong commitment and good communication skills
• Minimum half year banking customer service experience 
• Customer service experience are also welcome

• 確保分行櫃位交易準確無誤
• 把握機會將客戶轉介給相關銀行業務的同事，滿足客戶不同的金融服務需要
• 遵守所有監控和服務規定，確保分行運作順暢

職位要求:

• 會考/文憑試五科合格或以上
• 良好粵語及英語
• 具良好溝通技巧，有禮貌及工作積極主動
• 最小半年銀行櫃檯經驗或客務服務經驗優先考慮
