Job Highlights
The role will be responsible for planning and implementing high quality promotion events and marketing initiatives to attract and engage prospective tenants and I&T talents.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for planning, organizing and executing promotion events, roadshows, conferences, engagement programs and marketing collaterals
• Outreach and liaise with local, mainland and overseas parties such as vendors, business partners, industry associations and quangos, etc. for collaborative programs and events
• Understand and line up business matching appointments via promotion events and roadshows
• Assist in project launch preparation and implement strategy work including production of PR/media campaigns, leasing brochure and marketing suite, etc.
• Handle and supervise the event logistical issues such as delegates travel, venue setup and information preparation, etc.
• Familiarity with digital communication tools and social media platforms to develop and implement effective online marketing and advertising strategies
• Perform any other duties assigned by supervisor

Requirements

• Degree in any discipline, preferably from Marketing or Communications or related disciplines
• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in event management or a related role
• Demonstrate strong project / event management skills, manage and execute a wide range of campaigns in a professional and effective manner
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with native in Cantonese, fluent in English and Putonghua
• Excellent skills on PC applications (digital marketing tools a bonus)
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships
• A good team player and able to work under pressure
• Good understanding of the Innovation & Technology Industry and new project launch will be an advantage
• Candidates with less experience will be considered for the post of Senior Officer
