This position is responsible for implementing NBE & ISIT strategies for local IT, defining project plans and timeline, and providing technical support & solutions to internal stakeholders aligning with global/regional requirements. You will also need to drive new technologies (Power Automate & RPA) to improve operation efficiency, e.g. by implementing process automation system. Detailed job scope is as follow:

• Partner with user departments regarding the update / upgrade of applications or systems; Identify user requirements and develop specifications
• Support network infrastructure maintenance & development, and ensure in line with corporate and market strategy
• Coordinate with Nestle global, user departments and external suppliers for application system infrastructure and with proper reviews with follow up actions
• Arrange installation and configuration of systems, diagnose and solve hardware / software faults
• Actively drive organizational campaigns and policies by liaising with different internal stakeholders striving for overall business objectives
• Adhere to relevant codes, standards, policies and procedures as well as regulations in accordance with local, regional and corporate requirements
• Ensuring the internal and external Security & Compliance standard to allow business to operate without risk, and to enable the business operation to execute smoothly with IT support and with well managed external IT field service & helpdesk suppliers
• Support IT budget review and planning
• Handle other ad hoc assignments or projects as assigned

What will make you successful

• University graduate in Computer Science, Management Systems or related disciplines
• Minimum 3 years solid ISIT experiences including applications and system solutions in MNCs, with exposure in project management
• Strong in analyzing, influencing and negotiating; Excellent in working with people at all levels
• Proactive team player; Passionate and positive to change; Always strives for continuous improvements in IT operations
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with good time management
• Fluency in spoken and written English and Chinese (including Mandarin)
