Job Description

 

 

 

This position will be responsible for BRAFTOVI®, MEKTOVI®, NERLYNX® and NAVELBINE® product life cycle management including marketing strategy development and campaign execution to deliver the business objectives.

  • Analyze and evaluate market trends and dynamics to ensure competitive positioning using appropriate tools and taking corrective actions, if required to meet business objectives

 

 

 

 

  • Develop marketing and sales strategy for the assigned portfolio, plan for new launches, achieve brand KPIs, identify new customer segments and enhance the brand image

 

  • Develop brand plans to achieve brand KPIs and enhance the brand image. Control and regularly evaluate brand plans and budget to ensure they are delivering positive ROI and are within agreed budget

 

  • Ensure development of key dashboard for the assigned portfolio to track progress and highlight issues

 

 

 

 

  • Develop brand campaigns and promotional materials for the assigned portfolio

 

  • Ensure smooth and effective execution of all related marketing activities

 

 

 

 

 

  • Support Sales team on hospital listing by providing materials and documents and field visits

 

  • Partner sales team to execute on brand strategies while building strong brand identity

 

  • Lead sales team training 

 

 

 

 

  • Ensure effective adherence and implementation of Governance processes and policies

 

 

 

  • Ensure effective cross functional engagement and alignment of strategies/plans with other internal functions to ensure outstanding execution

This position shall work closely with Medical, Sales  Compliance , Finance and Supply Chain (distributors inclusive) to ensure all activities are well executed. Get KOL advocacy for the product range and contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

TRAINING, WORK EXPERIENCE AND RELATED SKILLS

Work experience 

 

  • With Minimum 2~3 years’ experience in brand marketing with professional background in oncology, with breast cancer or colorectal cancer preferred.
  • Rich experiences in translating brand elements into plans and go-to-market strategies, brand activity implementation and KPI tracking;
  • Bilingual (English & Chinese) written and oral communication skills
  • Technical skills: familiar with PPT and excel
