Responsibilties:

• Responsible for reviewing whether payments to suppliers meet established standards, checking and clearing accounts payable;
• Clean up various purchase deposits, payment payables, commission payables, etc., and pay them in a timely manner;
• Review whether the procurement procedures are complete, including purchase requisition form, receipt report or warehouse receipt, payment method and payment contract or agreement.
• Responsible for connecting with supplier financial personnel and purchasing department personnel to collect proforma invoices on time;
• Other tasks assigned.

• Understand the industry, business operations, and financial systems;
• Proficient in operating financial software and office software;
• Have good communication, coordination, learning skills, and be a team player.
