Responsibilities:

• Reporting to Administrative Director to provide administrative support to UCMS for rendering quality services to the community; such including service support to United Christian Nethersole Community Service (UCN) and UCMS’s sub-organization
• Oversee the service support functions of General Administration, Human Resources and Information Technology of the Organization
• As part of the senior management team in driving service development and reviewing operations
• Provide advanced executive support to UCMS management and the Administrative Director on various aspects including but not limited to networking with key stakeholders, involvement in preparation of major funding and/or service bidding proposals, board engagement etc.

Requirements:

• Recognized university degree in business administration, health care or equivalent 
• At least 10 years of relevant working experiences, of which not less than 4 years at managerial level 
• Experience in service administration, human resources and/or property management an advantage
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills to work with multiple disciplines and across different functions within the Organization
• Creativity in problem solving and proactive attitude to changes
• High level of integrity, people-oriented, self-motivated with strong cultural sensitivity
• Good command of English and Chinese
• Commitment to align with the vision and mission of UCMS and UCN as a Christian not-for-profit organization
