Iso Fit, a highly regarded Pilates and GYROTONIC® studio in Central, Hong Kong, is seeking a full-time Receptionist/Studio Manager to join our team. Position: Receptionist

Location: Central, Hong Kong

Responsibilities:

As the Receptionist at Iso Fit, you will play a pivotal role in creating a welcoming atmosphere for our clients and ensuring they receive exceptional customer service. Your main responsibilities will include:

Be the first point of contact for clients, providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere.

Assist in the general day to day operations of the studio to ensure its smooth functioning.

Manage appointments and scheduling for the studio.

Communicate with  and responds to clients and lead on multiple channels (Phone, messaging apps, Social media)

Handling payments from clients and updating payment records  in a secure and accurate manner. 

Performing end-of-day cash-out procedures to reconcile payments, ensuring all transactions are accurately documented and accounted for.

Assist with administrative tasks, including data entry and maintaining client records.

Work with relevant computer programs and social media apps as needed.

Maintain a high degree of honesty and integrity in all aspects of the job.

Work 5 full days per week spread over 5.5 days, including some Saturdays.

Work hours: Weekdays from 9 am to 6 pm (some days may be 10 am to 7 pm), and some Saturdays from 9 am to 1 pm.

Be punctual and willing to work a reasonable amount of overtime.

Start the position as soon as possible.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate should have:

Fluent English and Cantonese (Mandarin is a bonus) with excellent communication skills. 

Excellent communication skills and be comfortable working with people (clients, staff, and management).

Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.

Proficiency in using relevant computer programs and social media apps.

A Hong Kong SAR work permit.

At least 2 years of relevant experience.
