Job Description
Out client, a global high-end lifestyle brand operator, is looking for a Customer Service Executive (renewable contract) to join their operation team.
Job Responsibilities:
- To take up various posts including operation posts at the workplaces
- To handle customers’ enquiries & complaints
- To provide high quality customer services and value added service
- To handle all necessary tasks relating to membership program including cross selling and member recruitment
- To assist the event promotion and redemption activities
- Other duties assigned by supervisor
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or above in any discipline
- Pleasant, proactive and customer-oriented with good manners
- Prior work experience gained in customer service, hospitality, membership, retail brand or property management industry would be an advantage
- Good command of English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
