We are one of the market leaders for Smart Toilet System & Premium Architectural Products in Hong Kong, seeking for right candidates to cope with the expanding business.

Responsibilities: 

• Handle financial transactions in full sets of Accounts (include AR, AP and GL)
• Assist in month-end closing, financial reports and year-end audit
• Perform and manage daily accounting operations and maintain proper records
• For AR, handle AR collection by liaising with customers and related parties, issue statement of account reminders to customers, prepare AR aging for internal users and ensure timely collection of outstanding debt
• Reconcile discrepancies in billing with customers

Requirements:

• AAT or Diploma  holder in Accounting or equivalent
• At least 3 years relevant experience, preferably in building or construction industries
• Proficiency in MS Excel and/or good knowledge in notable ERP systems is definite an advantage
• Positive attitude, responsible, independent, well-organized, good communication skill, ability to work as a team member
• Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Immediate available preferred
