To cope with our business growth, we are looking for candidates to fill following vacancy:

Title: Senior Network Engineer / Network Engineer

Salary: Negotiate

Responsibility:

• Provide on-site technical support for customer service delivery and availability
• Acts as the primary onsite technical contact, providing customer visibility, troubleshooting support and problem resolution for corporate customers
• Able to manage hot issues by setting customer expectations, devising and implementing action plans, being available 24x7 and professionally communicating to all parties involved

Qualification:

• Higher Diploma/Degree in Information System / Computer Science / Computer Engineering / Communication Engineering
• At least 2 years I.T. support, networkung and field service hand on working experience
• General networking knowledge is also needed
• Solid understanding of client/server, networking, and Internet technologies fundamentals
• Excellent knowledge of TCP/IP and other protocols including use of troubleshooting tools
• Either routing, switching, WiFi and security technology solid experiences.
• HCNA & CCNA holder preferred.
• Customer oriented, independent & able to work under pressure
• Willing to work over time in case of emergency call
• Willing to Learn with good team-work spirit
• Fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
