Responsibilities :

• Data entry of invoice transaction, payment application, contract approval, etc
• Reconcile and follow up on invoice discrepancies
• Assist Manager to perform the month-end closing and management reporting including yearly budget, rolling forecast, and variance analysis
• Assist in accounting month-end closing
• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or related disciplines
• 1 - 3 years of relevant experience preferably from retail or wholesale sector
• Good computer knowledge in MS office, such as Excel, MS Access and Chinese typing
• Good knowledge in Oracle Netsuite is a plus
• Good team player and good interpersonal skill
• Must be detail-minded, responsible, efficient, organize, independent
• Good command in written & spoken English, Mandarin; Cantonese is plus
