Responsibilities

• Provide L1 - L2 Support remotely and troubleshooting to end-users dealing with PC device related problems
• Answer and respond to calls, emails and online chat 
• Identify and escalate priority issues
• Adhoc onsite visit for client office for troubleshoot cannot be done remotely

Requirements

• Higher Diploma or above in IT, Computer Studies or related disciplines
• Fresh Graduate Welcome
• 1 year or above of experience in IT is an advantage
• Good command of communication in English is advantage
