Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities:
- To assist the Facilities Team in day-to-day management of M&E operations and provide support in preventive and ad hoc maintenance works in the client’s corporate office spaces
- To operate and maintain office service facilities in good condition
- To supervise the performance of maintenance contractors to ensure the smooth execution of maintenance or improvement works to the required standard and vendor briefings
- Liaise with vendors for PPM (planned preventive maintenance) schedule, work schedule, PTW (permit to work) and WMS (work method statement)
- Daily inspection of systems, facilities and conducting essential equipment checks
- Participate and provide key support in Power Shutdown activities
- Set-up of Training rooms and conference rooms events – involves transport of chairs and tables from different training rooms within the same building
- Regularly attend the meeting with site lead and regularly submit or complete the job order tracker
- Attend to internal or external trainings needed for the job scope
- Ensure that a high level of professionalism and customer service is maintained at all times
- Any other duties assigned by the Site Lead
- 24 hours standby for emergency call-outs
Requirements:
- Construction Industry Safety Card and Construction Workers Registration Card preferred
- At least 3-year relevant building repair and maintenance experience
- Independent, able to handle emergency maintenance work
- Goal-oriented and driven to resolve issues quickly
- Knowledge of occupational health & safety requirements
- 9 working hours per day, 5 days a week
