Job Description:

• Develop and expand clients base to provide quality after-sales service to maintain long-term relationship. 
• Be responsible for sales related activities, manage and motivate teams to achieve the business targets.

Responsibilities

• Assist in formulating, reviewing and implement short or long term of strategic sales business plan of the Company.
• Review and manage cost model to ensure the company profitability.
  Understand the industry development and translate into business opportunity Develop and source new business opportunities.
• Evaluate risk exposure, discuss terms and conditions for new business.
• Build and manage clients or business partners relation through visitation and day-to-day contact by delivering quality services, feedback collection on service rendered and market intelligence.
• Perform ah-hoc assignments and projects if necessary.

Requirements

• University degree in Management, Finance and Economics, or other relevant discipline.
• Minimum 5 years working experience with at least 3 years sales management experience.
• Extensive product knowledge and strong ability to drive for business results.
• Able to work independently, a mature self-starter with strong drive, motivation, good business sense, and remarkable problem-solving skills.
• Good relationship management with clients or business partners.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
