Our client “Otax Hong Kong Limited'' is seeking a Customer Service Coordinator to join their company!  

What you’ll be doing? 

• Handle client’s enquiries.
• Order follow up, data processing, routine documentary preparation and delivery arrangement.
  
   

Who are they looking for? 

• Diploma or above.  
• At least 2 years production relevant experience. 
• Experience in electronic/manufacturing or electronic trading industry is an advantage.
• Fluent speaking and writing in English and Mandarin.
• Knowledge of Japanese is definitely an advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skill 
• Flexible and willing to travel to China and other countries when necessary.
• Good PC knowledge in MS Office, e.g. MSWord, Excel, PowerPoint, ERP etc.
