Requirements:

• Diploma or above 
• Minimum 1 year relevant working experience
• Proficient in Tradelink and import procedure a MUST
• Proficient in computer skills, including Microsoft Office
• Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese and fair Mandarin
• Independent, detailed-minded and strong sense of responsibility
• Immediate available is highly preferred

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the preparation of monthly report and filing
• Prepare shipping and banking documents and receipt of goods for import
• Provide general clerical support and prepare cheque
• Verify vendor invoices
• Handle customs declaration
• Assistance in preparation of shipping document for export
• Handle ad-hoc assignments assigned
