Here’s what you’ll be doing:

• Collect, organize, and clearly communicate requirements between clients and the project team.
• Plan and manage projects effectively using intuitive project management tools.
• Write comprehensive documentation, including but not limited to user guides, test plans, and system and workflow diagrams.
• Lead a team of developers and designers to deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Prepare and manage the project’s schedule and milestones, and monitor financials, while regularly presenting updates to internal teams.
• Interface with project stakeholders, providing status reports and managing expectations.
• Attend and actively participate in regular team meetings.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in software project management or related roles.
• Less experienced candidates will be considered for the position of Project Executive.
• Must be fluent in English and Chinese (Cantonese).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong time management and prioritization abilities.
• Flexibility in working hours and locations.
• Experience in at least one self-managed project (including personal projects).
• Knowledge or experience with SDLC is a must.

Education Level:

• Bachelor's Degree in Project Management, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related disciplines.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
