Main tasks & responsibilities:
 

• Manage and plan the operation of a small scale local lab with around 40 workers 
• Analyze problems from various perspectives in production and make corrective decision and action
• Analyze the gap between the target and actual result of Quality, DOT (Delivery On Time), Cost and Productivity, identify the major root cause and take corrective measures to recover and fill the gap
• Follow HOYA Global EOSH standards to ensure workplace, machines, material, operating procedures are safe and risk free 
• Carry out the prevention maintenance regularly to ensure production equipment and facility devices are in good condition. 
• Develop human resources with multiple skill & knowledge by training program and utilize them effectively
• Study the manufacturing process to standardize job operation and optimize material flow in lean concept.

Requirements:

• Bachelor / Master Degree in related disciplines
• Minimum 5 years of experience in factory / production line management
• Knowledge in quality assurance, ISO9001 & EOSH standards preferred
• Able to calculate and articulate capacity and cost of production line
• Good interpersonal and communication skill
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good command of spoken and written Chinese and English
• Good command of excel skills
• Immediate available preferred
