Responsibilities:

• Ensure smooth operation of the service center.
• To handle aftersales service, customer enquiries and administrative duties in our service center.
• Advise our customers on any necessary repairing recommendations.
• Provide repairing maintenance quotation and quality customer services to customer.

• Diploma or equivalent in motor vehicle engineering.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in aftersales or customer service.
• Good problem solving and customer service skills.
• Good command of English & Chinese with good interpersonal & communication skills.
• Good PC skills (MS Office and Chinese word processing).
• Must possess valid driving license.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Willing to work on shift or overtime.
