Responsibilities:

• Handle customer enquiries and proactively follow up with related parties
• Coordinate with local and overseas brands and suppliers
• Provide clerical and administrative support to the department, such as filing, data input and ad hoc-projects
• Assist in marketing activities

Requirements:

• 0 - 2 years of assistant or other directly relevant experience
• Responsible, self-motivated and team player
• Detail-oriented and excellent time management with the ability to prioritize issues, support multiple tasks and be responsive
• Able to communicate well in both written and spoken in Cantonese, English & Mandarin
• Good at computer operating and typing 
• Good command of written / spoken English, Chinese and Putonghua
• Fresh graduates are welcome
