Primary Function of this Role:

Core Logistic Planner perform verifies and keeps records on import and export shipments. To prepares documents and items for shipment by performing as per quality and productivity standards. Coordinate between external and internal parties on a daily basis to ensure operation run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

• performs all company system functions to track our shipments are well handled. 
• planning to arrange the shipment schedule upon client request.
• cross-check manifests, invoices and orders to ensure all are recorded and completed accurately.
• prepare reports on a daily basis for import and export operation.
• online Declaration for shipments 
• Exhibition supporter 

Performance Measurement Criteria

• Import/export order arrangement accuracy. 
• Effectiveness of uses organization system and technology 
• Problem solves about shipping routes, delayed items and ad-hoc orders.
• Works well with all parties to complete orders on time.
