Your new role

• Assess & process outpatient claims and minor operation claims
  
• Handle claims documents to clients
  
• Handle enquiries from internal & external customers
  
• Perform User Acceptance Test on System enhancement
  
  
  

What you'll need to succeed

• With medical claims experience
  
• Customer-centric and good communication skills
  
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English, Chinese, and Mandarin is an advantage
