Job Responsibilities:

• Handle full set of shipping documents;
• Data entry, filing and invoicing;
• Liaison with shipper, vendors & overseas agents etc.;
• Provide clerical supports ad-hoc tasks.

Job Requirements:

• HKCEE F.5 / DSE graduated or above;
• Good command in spoken and written English and Mandarin;
• Good communication and telephone skills;
• 1 – 2 years of related experience, fresh graduated are also welcome;
• Basic Computer knowledge, incl. MS Office & Outlook;
• Good team spirit & willing to work with others;
• Immediate available will be an advantage
