Responsibilities

• Coordinate with internal and external counterparts, including fund administrators, brokers, custodian, auditors, legal/compliance consultant etc.
• Assist for handling the fund operations tasks and daily issues , including but not limited to trade bookings, NAV reconciliation; 
• Assist for new fund launching/fund and client on-boarding ;
• Database and documentation maintenance and regular review;
• Participate in ad-hoc projects or other administrative work as required.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree or above
• 1-5 relevant working experience.  Experience in Fund Operation is preferred
• Strong sense of responsibility, good team player, strong communication skills
• Proactive and willing to learn, attention to details
• Good PC knowledge (MSWord, PowerPoint & Excel VBA programming);
• Proficient in English and Chinese
