We are looking for a talent to:

• Vision and Leadership: Develop and advance a strategic vision that is in harmony with the foundation's mission, utilizing keen decision-making and effective resource management to propel the organization towards its objectives
• Governance and Compliance: Create and sustain strong governance frameworks that promote thorough accountability and strict compliance with all relevant legal and regulatory standards. This role requires not only the establishment of these frameworks but also their effective management to support the foundation’s goals
• Strategic Planning: Design and execute detailed strategic plans that focus on enhancing the quality of education and healthcare through targeted school and hospital projects. Responsibilities include setting clear, measurable objectives, and implementing comprehensive vetting processes to evaluate project feasibility and potential impact
• Grantmaking and Impact Assessment: Establish structured frameworks for allocating grants and continuously evaluating their effectiveness. This includes aligning all initiatives with the foundation’s strategic objectives and measuring their outcomes to ensure substantial impacts
• Relationship Building: Develop and enhance relationships with a wide array of stakeholders, including educational and healthcare institutions, community leaders, government officials, and other philanthropic organizations. This role demands a proactive strategy in creating partnerships and collaborations that extend the foundation's influence and effectiveness
• Communication and Advocacy: Actively serve as the foundation’s spokesperson, articulating its mission, goals, and achievements to a broad audience. Engage in advocacy and public dialogue to promote relevant causes and influence policy decisions that support the foundation's strategic aims
• Ethical Conduct: Maintain and advocate for the highest standards of ethical practices across all foundation operations. Ensure transparency and accountability in all activities, adhering to internal policies and external regulations

Basic requirements:

• We are seeking a seasoned leader with a strong background in NGO management and a deep commitment to philanthropy. The ideal candidate will possess significant expertise in strategic planning and community engagement, focused on amplifying our philanthropic impact.
• Bachelor’s Degree holder in related disciplines
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in family charitable foundation 
• Knowledgeable on philanthropy and the nonprofit sector
• Fluent in verbal & written both English and Chinese, native Mandarin speaker 
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, strong analytical and critical thinking abilities 
• Excellent understanding on the Chinese charity framework and laws 
• Able to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders
• Familiar with legal and compliance issues related to charitable foundations
• Flexible, adaptable, and willing to learn and evolve with changing circumstances
