Our client “Zero Finance Hong Kong Limited” is seeking an Account Executive to join their company!

X WALLET is the 1st APP in the Hong Kong Market to feature a 5-second A.I. approval credit product. Their app acquired over 100k users and achieved steady growth over the years. This year, they will continue to break through with new features products. Their newly-launched X Pay is one of the new payment products to excel in the market of Paylater solutions. 

To accelerate business growth, they are looking for a high-calibre - You to join their cohesive community! In this role, you will work with experienced crews in their Channel Partnership & Business Development team, reporting to the Head of Commercial. You will be a good fit:

 

 

What you’ll be doing? 

 

  • Build deep relationship with X Pay merchants to understand their business nature and provide solutions based on our products to achieve business growth together
  • Be an ambassador of X Pay to ensure merchants fully utilize the product and secure certain penetration at X Pay merchants' sales
  • Engage with merchant to participate platform campaign and manager to secure POSM exposures on their platform or offline outlets
  • Forecast and track the performance of merchants metrics to achieve target of merchant activation rate and transaction by leveraging budget resources
  • Negotiate for merchant exclusive partnership and coordinate with Campaign manager closely to secure the success of campaign
  • Timely resolution of issues from merchants to make sure seamless experience

 

 

Who are they looking for? 

 

  • Degree or above
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in account management/ stakeholder management/ partnership management/ campaign marketing/ merchant management, in payment/ retail/ loyalty field
  • Highly motivated problem solver able to identify issues and provide solutions in a fast paced environment
  • Strong commercial and communication skills
  • Strong analytics skills and ability to work with numbers and data
  • Good command in written and spoken English and Chinese
