Operation Officer

COLLABORATE: your responsibilities 

• To handle daily air freight import & export operation work, booking and declaration
• To communicate with China team and trucking vendors
• Coordinate with liaison offices, CS team, Sub-contractors as to prepare inbound/outbound orders
• To process invoices, ensure the costs into the system accuracy, data entry and follow up shipment status.
• Assist in to compliance with SOPs, KPIs and policies
• To perform other duties assigned by the superior                    

CONTRIBUTE: your qualifications

• F.5, DSE or above
• Prefer 1-2 years’ experience in freight forwarding, fresh graduates will be considered.
• Good command in both written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin
• Good PC knowledge, willing to learn, logical mindset. Initiative, well-organized, think positive
• The job mainly requires working the day shift, but, if necessary, there may be arrangements for working the mid or night shift is required.
• Immediate availability is an advantage
