Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in day to day procurement of materials for sites as assigned;
  • Assist in day to day procurement admin works;
  • Negotiate with suppliers for price, delivery time for routine items;
  • Perform clerical works at office level;
  • Perform ad hoc tasks assigned by Supervisor.

 

Requirements:

  • Diploma or above in purchasing, admin or business management is preferred;
  • At least 1 year relevant working experience in civil construction procurement or 2 years in office procurement is preferred;
  • Self-motivated, well organized and able to work independently;
  • Proficiency PC skills in MS words, Excel and Chinese-word processing;
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese;
  • Immediately available is highly preferred;
  • Working Location: Lai Chi Kok.
