Job Description
Job Title: Contract Administrator
This is a contract full-time position to be ended on March 31, 2025, subject to extension based on business needs. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the efficiency of daily office operations. From scheduling client meetings to communicating between departments, you will be responsible for completing multi-level tasks in a professional and timely manner.
Responsibilities
- Manage the reception area to ensure effective communication both internally and externally;
- Provide office guests with a hospitable experience;
- Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning, etc.;
- Support in data entries;
- Supervise the maintenance of office areas, equipment, and facilities;
- Interact with other departments and the building management office as needed
Requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
