Responsibilities
 

• Provide technical support to end users
• Liaise with users to provide customer services
• Handle the system administration of the Windows and Server maintenance
• Responsible for hardware and software installation, troubleshooting and maintenance
• Manage IT asset inventory and software licensing compliance accurately
• Ad-hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements
 

• Higher diploma holder or above in Information Systems, Computer Science or related disciplines
• Knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Windows Server, Microsoft 365
• Knowledge of Power Platform is preferred
• Good Command of spoken and written Chinese and Mandarin
• Willing to learn, responsible, independent and detail oriented
• Fresh graduates will also be considered
• Working Location: Tuen Mun / Tsuen Wan
