Our client "Mani Limited" is seeking a Licensing Manager to join their team in Hong Kong!
 

What you’ll be doing?

• Formulate strategic licensing strategies to maximize business opportunities.
• Expand existing licensing portfolio, sourcing, servicing, and negotiating with both potential new licensors and licensees.
• Manage all licensed functions, including license agreements, approvals, renewals and royalty reporting.
• Develop strong relationship with both licensors and licensees, facilitating brand assurance process for all products and marketing materials.
• Keep the licensing team updated with timely market data analysis and research reports.
• Collaborate closely with design, merchandising, and marketing for product development, brand awareness and positioning. 

Who are they looking for?

• Degree holder in Business Administration, Marketing or related discipline.
• Over 5 years working experience in licensing business, including at least 3 years in managerial position, preferably in character licensing.
• Sound understanding and knowledge of licensing strategy formulation.
• Strong product development sense a big plus.
• Proactive, well-organized, and attentive to details.
• Strong negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent command in English and Chinese.
