Our client "Nikon Hong Kong Ltd." is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their team in Hong Kong!

What you’ll be doing?

• Handle customer enquiries
• Responsible for customer repair order & enquiries / complaints / accessory sales
• Provide technical support and information
• Responsible for routine operation in front desk service
• Prepare daily and monthly reports

Who are they looking for?

• HKDSE or above with relevant working experience
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in customer service
• Strong self-motivation, communication and interpersonal skills
• Nice personality
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
• Good command in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
