Roles & Responsibilities:
- Take responsibility of closing and completing jobs from end-to end (which includes responding to customer job requests, providing quotations, scheduling technicians and taking payments after jobs are complete).
- Build good rapport and provide excellent customer service to existing and potential clients.
- Recommend appropriate solutions, services and ideas based on clients needs, budget and requests.
- Assist team members in managing job requests from existing corporate accounts.
- Assist team members in tracking performance of projects (i.e take record of project price, cost, sifu productivity, completion pictures, occasional updates, etc.).
Requirements:
- Proficient in Chinese and English
- Independent, energetic and presentable
- Self-starter with entrepreneur mindset
- Very strong desire for results
- Experience in sales and project management is an advantage
- Experience in maintenance or interior design is an advantage
- Minimum of 1 year in relevant experience
Compensation
Monthly salary + commission
