A fast-growing group with is looking for an expert with business or sales and marketing. 

Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute the overall network development strategy for the automotive business
- Identify and evaluate potential network expansion opportunities, including new markets, partnerships, and alliances
- Lead negotiations and establish contractual agreements with partners, ensuring mutually beneficial terms
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align product and service offerings with market demands
- Act as a liaison between the company and its network of dealerships
- Analyse network performance, market data etc 
- Use data-driven insights to identify areas for improvement and optimize network development strategies
- 70% travel to APAC with project team 

Ideal person:

- BBA, Sales & Marketing, or a related field
- 5-8 years' experience in business strategy/sales/ network development/ business development/account management experience from automobile industry 
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make strategic recommendations
- Exceptional negotiation and communication skills to build and maintain relationships with partners and stakeholders
- Excellent communication skills in English, Mandarin and Cantonese both verbal and written.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Flexible mind with strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to work
- Enjoy to growth in a start-up with the dynamic team
