Responsibilities :
 

• Greet and welcome club members and guests in a warm and professional manner.
• Respond promptly to member inquiries and requests through various communication channels, including WhatsApp, phone calls, and other platforms.
• Provide accurate information about club facilities, services, and upcoming events.
• Assist members with reservations, bookings, and inquiries related to club amenities.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with club members, ensuring personalised attention and exceeding their expectations.
• Anticipate members' needs and proactively offer assistance to enhance their overall experience.
• Handle member feedback, suggestions, and complaints effectively and professionally, ensuring prompt resolution.
• Collaborate with other club departments to ensure seamless coordination and delivery of services.
• Maintain a tidy and organised reception area, ensuring a welcoming and professional ambiance.

Requirements :
 

• Fluent in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin (spoken and written).
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proven experience in a customer service or receptionist role, preferably within the hospitality industry or private club environment.
• Proficient in using various communication platforms, including WhatsApp, email, and phone systems.
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
• A personable and friendly demeanour, with a genuine passion for providing exceptional customer service.
• Ability to build genuine connections and establish long-term relationships with club members.
