Job Description
o · Perform both telephone and on-site support on travel automation and accounting software
o · Coordinate with software development staff on application support matters
o · Perform system test to ensure quality products are delivered and meet customers' expectation

Job Requirement
o · Experience on ERP Support is preferable
o · Experience in travel industry is an asset
o · Good command in spoken and written English and proficient in Cantonese, proficient in Putonghua is an advantage
o · Possess support-comes-first mentality and follow up problems promptly and actively
o · Pleasant and mature
o · Initiative and proactive
o · Good communication and analytical skills
o · Be able to work under pressure
o · Overseas traveling in occasion is required
o · Knowledge in Accounting, with LCCI certification or relevant qualification is a preferable
