Job Requirements 

• Higher Diploma graduate or above
• 2-3 years relevant experience in preparing shipping documents
• Previous experience in shipment coordination and logistics support 
• Background gained from trading or forwarding companies is preferable
• Ambitious, self-initiative, responsible, energetic and attention to details
• Familiar with MS Office including Word, Excel and Chinese WP
• Good command of English and fair in spoken Mandarin
• Immediate available is a great advantage

Job Responsibilities 

• Handle the shipment coordination with overseas customers and suppliers
• Provide support on customs declaration and shipment booking with forwarders
• Responsible for preparing shipping documents, delivery note and monthly reports
• Coordinate logistics operation and arrange stock-in & out with warehouse team
