Our client "Delivery Hero Food Hong Kong Limited" is seeking a "Business Performance Analyst - Marketplace" to join their team in Hong Kong!

What you’ll be doing?

• Perform analysis to evaluate marketplace’s development initiatives, business performance and support data-driven decision-making process
• Perform variance analysis by comparing actual financial results against budgets and forecasts, and provide explanations for significant deviations
• Provide insights and recommendations to drive cost optimization, revenue growth, and profitability
• Prepare periodic reports to communicate findings, trends, and recommendations to management  
• Conduct thorough, insightful deep-dives into existing grocery trends and identify business opportunities to capitalize on them

Who are they looking for?

• -Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or related disciplines
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience  
• Experience working in e-commerce/Technology/ Retail/ FMCG/F&B industry would be an advantage
• Sensitive to numbers, attention to details and the ability to identify data patterns
• Strong communication and influencing skills 
• Sociable and positive attitude towards new challenges
• Willing to build things from scratch in a fast-paced and unstructured environment
• Proficient in MS Excel and G Suite 
• Fluency in both English and Cantonese
