Job Responsibilities:

• Provide sales administration support to sales team.
• Work closely with local & overseas customers, as well as factory in China
• Daily emails follow up, prepare sales quotation, invoice and related documents
• Coordinate between internal departments and factories for order processing & shipment arrangement to ensure timely service delivery
• Provide assistance on ad-hoc projects or assignments as required
   

Job Requirements:

• Min. Form 6 graduate with at least 2 years hands-on experience
• Pleasant personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Good command of language skills in both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Hardworking and able to work under stress
• Knowledge in using MS office applications
• Previous experience in electronics manufacturing industry is preferred
