Job Description
About the Role
We're now looking for a proven and accomplished individual to join us as the Supply Chain & Procurement Manager (Non-Food & Service). In this role, you will be responsible for non-food & service procurement within the business.
As the Assistant Manager in Supply Chain & Procurement (Non-Food & Service), you will be responsible for ensuring a smooth supply of Non-food & Service across the group, delivering reduced costs whilst securing high-quality and responsibly sourced products for the business.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Ensure smooth supply of Non-food & Service across the Group
- Responsible for the pre-qualification, on-boarding, engagement process and contractual arrangements in the supply of all goods, materials and services required to support production and operations within the Group
- Build and maintain the Group Catalog which consists of product specifications, service scope, pricing and rate card
- Prepare documentation of relevant supply chain & procurement activities including industry analysis and price benchmarking
- Plan and build Category Strategy
- Negotiate prices of non-food & service and delivery with suppliers
- Providing information and guidance on availability and cost of supplies and materials
- Monitor the inventory movement, any slow-moving stock based on COGS/Inventory report
- Enter and maintain supply agreements with vendors/contractors
- Establish and maintain the yearly tender activities
- Build and maintain mutually beneficial relationships with suppliers through well-designed SRM programs
- Establish and maintain NPI/NPD program
- Close collaboration with Marketing team for ESG compliance project
Requirements
- Degree/Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or related discipline
- A minimum of 5 years' relevant working experience in F&B, HORECA or FMCG industry
- Demonstrate sound knowledge and hands-on experience in procurement / contract management / vendor management
- Strong project management, problem solving, communications and negotiation skills
- Excellent in both written and spoken English and Chinese
- Candidate with less experience will be considered as Senior Officer
