Working Hours: 

  • Mon to Fri 9:00 am - 6:00 pm;  Alternate Sat from 9:00 am - 1:00 pm

 

What this job involves

  • Support Facility Manager and Building Service Engineer to oversee technical operation, including two commercial building and branches.
  • Plan and implement preventive maintenance work schedule to minimize breakdown or failure 
  • Supervise and arrangement of repair, maintenance and replacement services
  • Main contact person for all technical service contractors 
  • Supervise repair and maintenance works of technical team and contractors
  • Handle defect rectification aspects 
  • Housekeeping for all work document, including quotation/ tender, checklist, completion sheet, photo record ect.
  • Co-ordinate with Facility Manager and Building Service Engineer to facilitate business needs 
  • Work with different department to fulfill customer procurement procedure & statutory requirements

 

Interested?  An ideal candidate would need to have the following qualifications

Desired experience and technical skills

Required

  • Certificate/Diploma/Higher Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical/Building Service Engineering and/or Facilities Management/Property Management/or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 to 3 years' work experience in property maintenance or related field
  • Strong leadership skills and problem solving skill 
  • Registered Electrical Worker license A (or B which is an advantage) 
  • Experience in commercial buildings is in advantage 
  • Strong PC literacy for tender preparation and able to manage daily activities using various systems, such as BMS, and other computerized control/monitoring system 
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skill and be able to work under pressure
  • Hands-on knowledge of PC applications including MS Office, AutoCAD, Project Management Scheduling, etc
