What you’ll do and what success looks like in this role:

• With front-end collection manager reporting to you, providing guidance, coaching, and training to ensure their productivity and performance
• Set clear objectives and targets for the team, monitor their progress, and provide regular feedback and performance evaluations
• Conduct regular analysis of collection data and trends to identify areas for improvement and recommend appropriate strategies to Credit Policy & Analytics Team
• Monitor and evaluate collection activities, analyzing performance metrics to identify areas for optimization and implement necessary changes
• Continuously review and improve collection processes and procedures via ChatBot or Dialer technology
• Co-work with Credit Policy & Analytics Team, implement collection strategies to maximize debt recovery and maintain low loss ratio
• Drive loss mitigation actions, recommend accelerated collection actions, initiation of legal process, loan restructures or payment plans

What is required and what we’re looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in any disciplines
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in unsecured lending and collection management
• Excellent leadership and management skills, with a proven track record of effectively managing and motiving teams.
• Experience in managing China collection call center is an advantage
• Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions
• Self-starter who is action-oriented, organized, and possesses a strong sense of urgency
• Excellent command of written and spoken English, Chinese & Mandarin
