Job responsibilities:

• In charge and responsible for store management, which includes oversee store's day to day operations, housekeeping, inventory management and visual merchandising and sales team schedule;
• Good customer relationship, to manage customer database, and managing in-store VIP events;
• Cultivate and development customer database and increase client retention;
• Nurture talent within team and ensure they are engaged and knowledgeable;
• Ensure store merchandising standards are adhered to including visual merchandising expectations;
• Building strong relationships with relevant stakeholders, including senior leadership members;
• Act as the key point of contact with back-office team;
• Prepare monthly reports including business report to management where necessary and ad hoc business plans & projects assigned.

Job requirements:

• Previous 3-5 years’ experience within a retail leadership or supervisory roles, prefer with luxury brand & exposure;
• Previous experience leading a large team for operation and also to drive business results;
• Highly organised, ability to prioritise under a diverse range of tasks and to allocate time efficiently;
• Good coaching & communication skills with the ability to drive & develop staff;
• Pleasant, customer oriented, strong relationship skills, drive to maintain long-term client relationships;
• Strong analytical and reporting skills;
• Immediate available will be an advantage.
