Draft Land Hong Kong is a drink bar from Taiwan. It provides different types of cocktails on tap, mocktails, and snacks, with a simple and direct drinking concept. We are looking for talented high-caliber individuals who want to be part of a team of Master mixologist Antonio Lai at our Bar.

Responsibilities:

To Assist the Manager in overseeing the floor operation in a bar including but not limited to :

• Consistently strives to exceed guest expectations and provide the highest level of service.
• Build and maintain healthy business relations with clients ensuring high customer satisfaction; establish systems/ procedures thereby contributing in a major way towards growth and profitability levels.
• Liaise closely with the chef and bar team.
• Place orders and maintain inventory of stocks at the bar; and ensure that the department is run in compliance with all company policies, rules, and regulations.
• Handle the daily sales and cash report as well as POS closing.
• Assist the Event Manager on event operations.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3-4 years of Assistant Manager experience in lounge/bar industry.
• Good courteous and remarkable team player with excellent interpersonal skills, professional etiquette as well as a passion for ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Fluent speaking in English and Cantonese.
• Hong Kong resident only.
• Able to take late night shift till 2:30 am.
• Immediate availability is highly preferred.
