Responsibilities:

• Daily retail operation and sales team management
• Formulate and execute marketing plans.

• Provide coaching and training to frontline staffs
• Motivate and lead the sales staff to achieve monthly sales target 

Requirements:

• 3 years solid experience in fashion retail industry

• Excellent coaching & communication skills, work independently and self-motivated

• Immediate available preferred
