Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly experienced and driven CTO to lead our global technology team at our luxury retail brand. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of designing, implementing and maintaining highly scalable, secure and reliable IT infrastructure for large multinational companies.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement the global IT infrastructure strategy for the organization
• Lead a team of highly skilled IT infrastructure professionals
• Identify emerging technologies and trends and assess their potential impact on the business
• Ensure the technology infrastructure is scalable, secure, and reliable
• Manage and optimize the company's cloud computing environment
• Collaborate with other teams within the company to ensure seamless integration of technology with business processes
• Manage the technology budget and ensure cost-effectiveness
• Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement
• Stay up-to-date with industry developments and trends
• Collaborate with other teams within the company to ensure seamless integration of IT infrastructure with business processes

Ideal Profile:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in technology management, including experience in a senior leadership role
• Experience working in the Luxury Retail industry is highly desirable
• Strong knowledge of cloud computing, network architecture, security, and data center operations
• Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills
• English and Chinese communication skills are necessary for this role
• Experience working in a large multinational organization is highly desirable
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities and deadlines.
