Responsibilities:

• Execution of corporate finance activities, including IPO, M&A and financial advisory
• Responsible for the execution including on-site execution of entire project including due diligence, market research, financial analysis, regulatory check and other activities
• Liaise with regulatory authorities and professional parties during the process of project execution 
• Prepare documents such as announcement, circular, prospectus and presentation material for projects
• Assess potential deals and conduct relevant research

Requirements:

• Degree holder or above in Finance/Accounting or any relevant disciplines
• 5-7 years solid experience in Corporate Finance, with proven track record of IPO projects
• Well versed with listing rules and knowledge of takeover code
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, 
• Fluent Putonghua is required
• Proficiency in PC skills especially in MS PowerPoint, Excel, Word and Chinese Word Processing
• Strong analytical skills and problem-solving capabilities
• Eligible to be licensed as a principal RO and takeover code under SFC type 6 activities
• Travel and stay in PRC for IPO project execution is a must
