Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for AIR / SEA import shipments
- Handle full set of documents & operations
- Invoicing and verification of incoming invoices
- Co-ordinate with customers/overseas agents
- Maintain daily communication with overseas offices
- Import / Export declaration
- Perform any other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- F.6 or above
- At least 2 year experience in freight forwarding company will be an advantage
- Knowledge of import operations would be an asset
- Customer oriented with good interpersonal & communication skills
- Good command of written Chinese & English and spoken in English and Mandarin
- Familiar with PC knowledge (Word, Excel, Outlook & Chinese Word Processing)
- Mature and responsible, good team player and self-motivated
- Fresh graduate will be considered as Import Customer Service Clerk
- Candidate with more experience will be considered as Import Customer Service Officer
- Immediately available preferred
