Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for AIR / SEA import shipments 
  • Handle full set of documents & operations
  • Invoicing and verification of incoming invoices 
  • Co-ordinate with customers/overseas agents
  • Maintain daily communication with overseas offices
  • Import / Export declaration
  • Perform any other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • F.6 or above
  • At least 2 year experience in freight forwarding company will be an advantage
  • Knowledge of import operations would be an asset
  • Customer oriented with good interpersonal & communication skills
  • Good command of written Chinese & English and spoken in English and Mandarin
  • Familiar with PC knowledge (Word, Excel, Outlook & Chinese Word Processing)
  • Mature and responsible, good team player and self-motivated
  • Fresh graduate will be considered as Import Customer Service Clerk
  • Candidate with more experience will be considered as Import Customer Service Officer
  • Immediately available preferred
