Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing the day-to-day activities of social media platforms, such as Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and website. Including content creation, scheduling, and engagement with the audience.
- Create visually appealing designs and graphics for various marketing materials, including social media posts, website banners, promotional materials, and print collateral.
- Support the daily transation of HKTVmall, The Club, Pinkoi, Zalora, Towngas, YOHO, Ztore, Pandamart, CLP, etc ecommerce platform;
- Prepare product promotion campaigns for Online Shops. Design, plan and execute sales and marketing plan. Handle and improve SEO/SEM application.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement marketing strategies that align with the company's branding guidelines.
- Assist the sales and eCommerce departments in creating visually appealing product images, infographics, Product photo shooting and presentations.
- Conduct market research to identify customer preferences, trends, and competitors' designs to inform design decisions and marketing strategies.
- Use Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Canva to design and edit graphics, layouts, and other visual elements.
- Ensure consistency in branding and design across all marketing channels and materials.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, software updates, and industry best practices.
- Coordinate with external vendors, printers, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of marketing materials.
- Assist in monitoring and analyzing social media metrics and website analytics to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and eCommerce, to support their design and social media needs.
Job Requirements:
- FRESH GRADUATE will also be considered;
- Higher dipoma / Bachelor's degree in Business ot Marketing or a related field.
- 1-3 years of solid marketing experience
- Familiar with Facebook marketing tool, social media, SEO and Google Analytics
- Experience in managing online shops of e-Commerce marketplace would be a plus (e.g. HKTVmall, The Club, Pinkoi, Zalora and Others)
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Canva to create high-quality designs and graphics.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and experience in managing social media accounts.
- Excellent creativity and design skills with an eye for detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of marketing principles and ability to assist in marketing strategy development.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with eCommerce platforms and online sales strategies is a plus.
- A portfolio showcasing previous design work and social media campaigns is highly desirable.
